  • What is covered?

The appliance outlined in your Certificate of Insurance is covered against electrical and mechanical breakdowns as well as accidental damage during the period of cover.

Depending on the appliance you cover, leads and cables/ equipment accessories may also be covered – please check your Terms and Conditions for specific product inclusions.

Your premium includes the cost of all call outs, labour charges, repairs and if necessary the replacement of your appliance. If your appliance cannot be repaired, we will either provide a free of charge replacement or a settlement up to the claims limit of £500.

  • What isn’t covered?

Existing faults, and deliberate damage is not included. For product specifics and full policy exclusions, please see our Terms and Conditions.

  • What do I do if I am experience problems with my appliance?

Should you need any assistance, simply give our dedicated Support Team a call on 0800 012 4478. Our Support team is on hand to help you from Monday to Friday, 10am – 7pm.

Our Support Team will try and help you get your appliance back up and running as quickly as possible, (if they can assist in offering Technical Assistance in the first instance, you may be back up and running sooner than you imagine). If, however your appliance cannot be rectified by our in house Support Team, we would send an engineer to deal with your repairs.

  • How do I make a claim?

  • How many claims can I make?

Claims are unlimited – there are no restrictions to the number of times you can make a claim with Assuranty Nationwide.

  • Are you regulated?
